Reason	Message
INVALID_TOKEN	Authentication token provided is invalid or expired
DID_NOT_CONSENT	User did not consent on the consent screen (if enabled)
MISSING_TOKEN	Authentication token is missing from url
BAD_RESPONSE	Partner endpoint returned invalid response
SERVICE_UNREACHABLE	Melio or Partner endpoint was not reachable or timed out
UNEXPECTED_ERROR	General server error
