Onboarding details

Melio requires that users provide consent when first entering the experience for the company.

If you are unable to collect consent we can collect it for you before the user first starts in a dedicated screen.

Collecting missing details​

In order to make payments Melio requires various information on users and companies.

All required information can be provided using the Authentication flows or User Apis.

If you cannot or do not want to collect certain details, Melio can collect them for you- to increase conversion we will collect the details at the last possible moment (usually before a payment is created).
You can also instruct us to fail the authentication if certain details are missing, and not collect them.
